The Atlantik Corner choice is based on the fusion of all these cultures united by the Atlantic Ocean, emphasizing the Portuguese and Galician tradition. The Atlantik Corner menu was designed by Mr. Carlos Núñez (external advisor chef) and it is inspired by Nuno de Noronha’s stories and anecdotes.
The Atlantik Corner menu is able to bring to life those stories and anecdotes with ingenuity, affection and with the most refined tecnique, also based on a sound portfolio of brave producers, farmers and growers. Thus, in Atlantik Corner everything is home-made and everything has an origin and a reason.
The wine menu selection is also influenced by the Atlantik Ocean character. This is the reason why we offer a wide range of both Galician and Portuguese wines, including white, red, and rosé wines as well as sparkling wines from both countries’ different origins: from our Rías Baixas to the Portuguese Alentejo, including the Ribeiro, Douro and Setúbal peninsula red wines, the Douro and Miño ‘green’ wines, as well as Oporto and Madeira wines, ideal for dessert and as an appetizer. You can also order a Canary wine as well as a Morrocan Syrah, the fruit of the project of two French people who settled in Morrocos, which, according to Atlantik Corner style, has a great story behind.
